REFUNDS:
Truindi Raw Hair, LLC takes hygiene very seriously for the wellbeing of our customers and for that reason there are no refunds permitted once hair is purchased as we can’t resell the hair. Therefore, all sales are final.
EXCHANGES:
Truindi Raw Hair, LLC will allow exchanges if the hair is received within 5 business days after delivery to you and is in the same condition, hair ties and packaging when mailed from Truindi Raw Hair. You must send an email to inquiry@truindirawhair.com stating the reason for your exchange. You may exchange for equal value, any request greater will incur extra cost. If Truindi Raw Hair, LLC determines that the hair has been washed, combed or brushed or tampered in any way, we will not exchange the hair and will mail it back to you at our expense.
Please return the hair for exchange with a trackable mailing method as we will not be responsible for any returns lost in the mail.

SHIPPING:
Truindi Raw Hair, LLC ships via Federal Express with a signature required. There are no exceptions. This is to protect your purchase as well as Truindi Raw Hair, LLC. The person signing for the package must be 18 years of age or older. Federal Express will not leave any packages at the door under any circumstances.
